I saw someone mod Skyrim to have Lydia do that, looked pretty promising. There’s also a series where AI Lara Croft is playing old tomb raider games with commentary in her voice and everything, though I heard it’s not 100% AI

I feel you on the last sentence though, my parents used to keep a bunch of these really old photos in an old shoe box. A lot of them got destroyed in a flood, but I spent one summer with a scanner and an old laptop restoring as many photos as I could. Wish I’d done it sooner.

Hmm, not sure if this will help, but I bought an Asus router a couple years ago and discovered last year it had this functionality built in. Really easy to setup on the router, installed openvpn client on phone and laptop and now I have access to my home network.

Works pretty flawlessly for me, but I should mention that Asus has had some security issues in the past, but they did release updates pretty quickly

I remember opera features were wild. At some point they cached websites on their servers to load them faster, they had a builtin torrent client, they automatically created mobile versions of pages, probably more I’m not remembering

Can someone confirm or deny, I remember using IE and it was fast, like faster then Chrome and Firefox. I think this was around WinXP or Win7? I remember loading up large websites and comparing speeds with the other browsers.

Chrome looked better, sleeker with animations and tabs, but slightly slower. IE looked like ass, some sites were broken, and maybe some features weren’t supported?

The IE = slowpoke memes never made sense to me because of this. Maybe it got slower later, Win7 or win10?

My GF sometimes has to ask me what I’m talking about because I ask her a question with no context, but most of the time now she knows, not sure if she just knows me well enough or if she has found a way to join me on my “brain train”.

I understand the joke, but I never had to change the name of a branch because of a wrong upper/lower case character. Hell, I don’t think I’ve ever even renamed a branch. Only matters when you create the PR.

I guess to clarify, I’m not worrying too much because if or when these tariffs get implemented and they prove to be ineffective and unpopular, he will immediately fold and backtrack. But I realize now, this will probably have it’s own consequences.
