Doesn’t surprise me lol. One look at the channel and you could make an educated guess on where he lands on the political spectrum, but I try not to judge based solely on stereotypes. I only watched a handful of videos and after he defended his friendship with one of the Paul brothers (I forget which one) is when I decided there were better YT’ers to support with my views. Thank you for confirming my suspicions though.

Whistlin’ Diesel is friends with, and defends, the Paul brothers. You don’t need to know any more than that to not trust his opinions (whether they’re ill-intentioned or not).

Reminder: they’re looking for a reason to enact Martial Law and ‘legally’ deploy US troops against it’s citizens. Painting what is likely to be peaceful protests as “crazies inciting violence” before they’ve even ramped up is a purposeful decision.

I haven’t tuned into wresting since the NWO/Wolf Pack days, but I just assumed it was the next generation of naive kids keeping the business alive. In my mind the audience comprises of young boys (mostly) who can still believe it’s ‘real’, their parents who throw money at it because it makes their kid happy, and then of course the fringe set of “wrestling is totally real” guys who should know better but choose not to.

Seeing shit like this gives me a nervous pause, and then I think back to a scene I remember in early season 1 of The Man In The High Castle (a show about an alt timeline where we lost WW2). This line always stuck with me:
