A suitcase is just a luxurious version of THE BOX.

How thoughtful! They know you’ll be needing some of their companionship during your trip, even if only in the form of fur left behind.

Every time I started packing to go to hospital, my cat would sit in my suitcase. Not sure if she wanted to come or thought she could stop me leaving. And then when I got back, she would give me the silent treatment for a week.

I have photos of my cat in my luggage from practically every long trip I’ve taken in the last ten years :3
