Polish are allowed to celebrate polish heritage, Thai communities are entitled to their events. Israel does not. not just because it’s a genocidal state. but because it doesn’t has a major diaspora.
Off topic because the article and the comment was about celebrating a foreign country and not about celebrating a culture or heritage. Current genocidal countries should not be celebrated. None of the country you mentioned are currently colonizing other and actively doing genocide .
