The republican party has been leveraging people’s misunderstanding of how the world works for decades.
An 8-year-old child can experience early-onset puberty, but that doesn’t make them capable of making adult choices, much less make it remotely okay for someone to use them as cattle for old men to rape.
All any of this is, is more of the “well define the line” bullshit and distraction that they use to fight abortion rights and nearly every other social issue that allows women in particular to not be treated like cattle.
