I don’t know if it’s a thing but for like two weeks I was extremely motivated, like being a functioning adult was my latest hyper fixation. I was socialising, eating well, exercising, even getting up in the morning to get shit done and get out the house. Something was motivating me but I’m not sure what.
I can feel it wearing off now but I’m desperately trying to hold onto it.
Has your diet remained consistent before, during, and after? Let’s get to the bottom of this.
Perhaps let it go? That sounds like holding on to last shreds of awakefulness while cramming for exams.
